What You Need to Know About Homosexuality

Speaker: Scott Davis (biography)
Christians are afraid to address homosexuality because they feel like they don't know much about it. Scott will take you through ten of the most important facts that will help you understand the issue of homosexuality and the person who is affected by it.

Caring for a Student

Speaker: Scott Davis (biography)
Scott will lead an interactivs discussion about how to show Christ's love to a friend who is either gay-identified or struggling with unwanted same-sex attraction. Youth will gain insight into the healing process and learn practical ways they can be a positive, Christ-like influence. Scott will also address the issues of bullying and harassment.

Healing Strategies for Students

Speaker: David Fountain
Do you desire for your church to be a place where people come to not only meet Jesus, but to be changed by Him? This session will explore what makes a church a safe place for people who desire freedom from homosexuality and from any life dominating sin, and will help churches find the proper balance between truth and love. Is your church safe for someone who is laying their entire identity before the cross of Christ?

Truth & Tolerance

Speaker: Scott Davis (biography)
Should we respond to homosexuality with truth from Scripture, or with a political correctness? In this workshop, we will present practical ways to present the dangerous truth about homosexuality with deep compassion and true respect. This workshop will cover practical ways of promoting the traditional view of homosexuality in schools and reaching out to gay-identified students. We will provide ideas for discussion groups, debates, and meetings between Christian and gay student groups. Attendees will discover ways to bring the truth about homosexuality to light within their schools.
