Mike
Goeke is the Vice President of Operations for Exodus International
headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Founded in 1976, Exodus
is the largest evangelical organization dealing with homosexual
issues in the world. Exodus is comprised of more than
125 professional mental health and church-based member
agencies – a growing network of former homosexuals
who are dedicated to sharing the transforming power of
Jesus Christ to those affected by unwanted homosexuality.
Mike’s personal struggle with homosexuality almost
destroyed him and his marriage. Ultimately, God’s
healing and restoration birthed a passion and desire
to share the hope for healing and change to others struggling
with unwanted same-sex attraction.
Mike’s goal is to equip the local church to address
the issue of homosexuality with boldness and love. Mike
has shared his testimony with churches across the country
and has worked to educate many pastors and laypersons
on this critical social and spiritual issue. He is a
frequent speaker on many relational topics including
homosexuality and sexual integrity. Prior to coming
to Exodus, Mike served as Senior Associate Pastor of
Stonegate Fellowship Church in Midland, Texas.
Mike also has a background in law specializing in commercial
oil & gas litigation.
Mike and his wife, Stephanie, live in Orlando, Florida
with their three children, Margaret, Frances and Peter.

Scott
Davis is the Director of Exodus Youth, a division of Exodus
International that seeks to help young people struggling
with same-sex attraction find life and healing in Christ.
Founded in 1976, Exodus is the largest evangelical organization
dealing with homosexual issues in the world. Exodus is
comprised of more than 125 professional mental health
and church-based member agencies across North America
— a growing network of former homosexuals dedicated
to sharing the transforming power of Jesus Christ to those
affected by unwanted homosexuality.
Scott is responsible for creating and promoting ideas
and events that communicate God’s love and healing
to young people who struggle with homosexuality. He
educates and trains youth pastors and community leaders
on this issue and currently, oversees the Groundswell
Conference — a nationwide training conference
that equips community leaders with a powerful, redemptive
response to the growing crisis of pro-gay initiatives
in schools.
Prior to coming to Exodus, Scott served on the pastoral
team of New Life Campus Fellowship, a dynamic student
church in Blacksburg, Virginia. Scott's background as
a campus pastor and friend to many young men who struggled
with unwanted same-sex attraction allowed him to see,
firsthand, the need to communicate the hope of transformation.
Scott is a writer and frequent speaker at churches
and conferences, including the Teen Mission Conference
and Cornerstone Music Festival. Scott’s goal is
to encourage the evangelical church to reach out to
young people who struggle with homosexuality with radical
grace and unswerving truthfulness.
Scott graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s
degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic
Institute and State University.
He and his wife, Caryn, make their home in Orlando,

David’s testimony of overcoming his struggle with
same sex attraction has given him passion to equip leaders
in the church to minister to those who struggle with
unwanted attractions .
Before coming to work for Exodus, David worked in the
Christian Music Industry in Nashville, Tennesee and
ministered on staff with a church there.
